Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and operate diagnostic equipment.
- Administer medications as directed by the physician.
- Take patient histories and vital signs.
- Prepare patients for examination.

Administrative Duties:
- Manage patient records ensuring accuracy and privacy.
- Schedule patient appointments and handle follow-up.
- Answer phones and provide necessary information to callers.
- Maintain inventory and order medical supplies as needed.

Patient Care:
- Educate patients about health conditions and prescribed treatments.
- Ensure patients are comfortable during their visit.
- Provide compassionate support to all patients.

Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare best practices and trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient care.

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
